Sora secretly follows Luke as he meets with the imperials so Luxu uses a possessor Heartless to take over an AT-AT. Luke jumps in to help Sora fight it by cutting it into pieces with his lightsaber. More AT-ST Heartless come and Luke becomes a party member as he helps cut them to expose their dark cores Sora can hit with his keyblade
>Sora tells Luke not to give himself up but he ignores him and tells him to look after his friends if he doesn't return. Sora takes a ship up the Death Star II and participates in space battle section. He attempts to reach the Emperor's Tower fighting through more Heartless Stormtroopers. There's a boss fight with Heartless versions of the Emperor's royal guards while Luke is fighting Vader in the throne room. Sora escapes before the Death Star explodes in a big chase free running segment
>Back on Endor after Luke has burned Vader on the funeral pyre Luxu approaches him and asks that he comes with him, seeing that Luke was strong enough to resist darkness by redeeming his father. Luke refuses so Luxu unleashes a Heartless based on Vader from the pyre who's fire-themed because of Mustafar. Sora arrives to help Luke defeat it and joins Luke at the victory celebration.
