A dungeon slave, gaunt and reeking of ale and decay, stumbles into the chamber. Chains drag behind him, and a broken goblet dangles from one trembling hand. His eyes are wild, unfocused—caught between madness and intoxication—as he snarls, “Who’s makin’ all that godsdamned noise?” before nearly tripping over his own feet.
