Hey man, I'm still finding time even though I have a fiancee (no kids), with my tight friend group from high school, we find time to have a hangout at the house, throw a party--drinking games, karaoke, beer pong, pool drinks, but now its for occassions (birthdays, christmas, Canada Day), and less degenerate and no blackouts. Literally the more "mature" and upscale version of what we did in the 2010s.

It's fucking great. We all have responsibilities, rent/mortgage, careers--yet we find time to hang out and let loose. We still go to specific raves/venues, concerts, etc.

In fact, I'm going to the cottage with some of them literally upcoming weekend for the summer, kayaking, cliffdiving, sauna. That's how I'm starting of my 30s.

The fact that me and my friends are considered to be BIGGER PARTIERS than the high schooler zoomers right now is just down-right sad.
