YES TEMPS WERE FINE THERE'S EVEN A LINK TO THE LOGS and videos of of gpu running.

But that's in the past now I just wanna know what do as of now
Resell this or pursue legal action(which is why I made this post to know if this is really an architecture issue or a deffective gpu)

hell I'm even on the latest drivers for everything and everything is up to date

People with a 4080 will surely have this problem as we can observe in the links I have provided in that thread(everyone with the same issue is a 4080 owner) so my request is for everyone with a 4070 TI super,4080 super and a 4090 to try Midnight club 2 and report if the issue is present
