I'm 25 and feel like I look older than my age, I can see fine lines starting to develop.
I never drink alcohol or smoke, but I think my chronically bad sleeping habits may have caused this.
Other than improving sleep and using sunscreen, what can I do to minimize further aging or even reduce already existing symptoms?
