So if assume the player is the mother/fathership, and it's a tactical game where you have to both accomplish the mission while also protecting yourself(using the girls to guard you), then things could be different depending on how they get injured/destroyed/shot down.

For example, if a girl is shot down while far away from the player's mother/fathership, while trying to do a mission objective. That would be one thing.
But if they are shot down near you, while protecting you. That'd be something else entirely. The more yandere-minded girls would actually GAIN affection/intimacy points for self sacrificing to save you. Meanwhile, girls that you haven't raised affection/intimacy points with would outright refuse to perform reckless commands, like throwing themselves in front of a cruise missile going towards the player.

I almost want to make this game myself now. Just imagine it.
