Non-canon obviously, but there's a well-known continuation fanfic of Hanako's route called Sisterhood of which a substantial portion has been adapted into a fairly polished VN.
I have some reservations, Hisao turning completely OOC and suddenly behaving like Hanako's therapist and dog is one, but if you liked Hanako particularly, I would suggest reading it at some point.
