i hope they don't start doing this shit for their other franchises, puyo has a few elements like the character who's entire schtick is being so bad at words he ends up spewing innuendos and that getting lost would be a godawful move, even if puzzle pop is pretty much the only time they actually say pervert in english.
then again they already kind of did with succubus being changed from a dominatrix outfit but that's in a mobile gacha game so nobody cares much
