Exactly the kind of shit I mean. You literally had to pick the noncanon Superman weaker than a planet buster to find a version that Batman could beat.
The canonical Superman slammed Superboy Prime through an asteroid field of Kryptonite, then a Red Sun, and then immediately afterwards, slammed him into a planet. The two then got up and started fist fighting.
In another comic, Superman fought Doomsday covered in Kryptonite and he was able to keep up.
Superman regularly fights Lex when he's fighting Kryptonite Power Armor.

A little Kryptonite and Red Sun will NOT give Batman the win.
