Mostly. My room is messy sometimes but I keep it relatively clean. Vacuum, wash my sheets regularly, try not to eat in my room
>are you physically healthy?
No. I get killer, debilitating migraines regularly that last for days and make it hard to sleep, eat, and just get out of bed. I need to go see a doctor about it soon.
