I'm gonna guess its a fusion between Rarity & Somepony.
Why Rarity? Rarity has had tons of subtle buildup throughout this whole series. Tamers wore a rarity mask in the last episode.
Tamers doesn't usually do stuff for no reason, he literally sprinkles hints of stuff here and there. I think him wearing a Rarity mask in this movie despite Rarity not having a roll as some kind of foreshadowing for something.
As for who the other pony this is a fusion of is..
I think the most likely candidate may be Luna. As Rarity and Luna are both partially if loosely responsible for Flawless's birth.
They even joked about Luna and Rarity both kind of being at fault for Flawless's creation in TDOTS. So maybe something mixed between Rares and Luna there?
