I am sorry shitbox posters, I was wrong. You were blessed with hindsight I never had, no taxes, more than enough space for multiple buggy/thopter/assaults and plenty of room left over for a storage, crafting and leisure floors.

Im already loving my new and final shitbox, having the garage be on both the ground level and above a cliff means I can use it for my buggy and thopter at the same time.
