As much as I hate smoking, everyone innately knows the difference between smoking and rape. Anyone who didn't would probably end up as an equivalent to some parody of a zealot who kills ALL sinners, even the ones who flicked a lightswitch on the Sabbath or some shit, beyond all reason.

In a setting where you just resurrect any random guy who has died, yeah, that would likely affect morality. However, most of the time, settings usually don't allow you to resurrect people with impunity. 5etools says you need a 1,000 gp diamond per resurrection. World of Warcraft only has free resurrection for players while notable NPCs/characters tend to stay dead whenever they die. Warhammer Fantasy resurrection is a very rare thing, one example perhaps being verdant apotheosis, to the point of making it more of a suspicion of something evil happening than a topic that would affect people's morals. I imagine there's a breakpoint where the ease of resurrecting the dead will only THEN start to affect morality, but anything below the breakpoint would be niche.
