So was F-r-i-e-n-d-s, but neither are necessarily great by any means. A great, based sitcom was Married... with Children. They literally took Rodney Dangerfied's hilarious, self-deprecating punchlines and turned it into a politically-incorrect sitcom. Most people can relate to it vs. Seinfeld or Friends as well
