This was another terribly, terribly handled release. The initial render had him at 440mm, but incorrectly advertised as 325mm.
Then they scaled down the render to 340mm, but advertised it as 310mm to the top of his head and 325mm to the top if his hair.
Fast forward to release date and he came out another 15mm shorter >>11477969 which was 310mm to top of the hair.
Scouter vegeta is 150mm to the top of the hair if anyone was wondering.
Funnily enough, Ape Vegeta is the same size as an accurate BlackBeard should be (3440/12=283mm).
