Didn't really like it, but by the time I went to bed I had kind of come to peace with it. But now a day later I'm souring on it more.
There are some good moments in the film, but like... what the fuck happened with the editing and writing?
What are these fucking flashbacks?
Why is Mission Impossible 3 being hamfisted into the plot 2 hours into the movie?
Why is Gabriel suddenly playing a completely different character?
Why is Tom Cruise busting his ass to stay in shape for these stunts but they can't convince Atwell to shed a few pounds just for appearance sake?
Why is the president a fucking lesbian and why is it important that we know that lmao?
Please let this be the end. Maybe fans can cobble together a better stripped down 3-hour cut of both films messed together that flows better, because between the two of them there is some neat shit in there.
