Reviewing my last haul.

>Metal Skull Push Slider

Poor build quality, wouldn't recommend.

>fidget Unlimited position card

Way better build quality but almost three times the price, do recommend this one.

>Electric Digital Display Lint Remover

Works very well and feels sturdier than the price suggests.

>USB Type C to 3.5mm Aux Audio Cable

Got it for my car, works like you would expect.

>Wireless HDMI-Compatible Video Transmitter and Receiver
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007458439711.html?
Works well, it comes with USB-C to USB-A cables for power. There's obviously a delay but to avoid cables for something like a server it's very nice.

One of my computers I got for free from a dumpster would do something like this where I would be using it happy and fine and all of a sudden I would hear the drive spin down and stop and then the system would slowly lock up as it tried to access data that was no longer there due to the drive stopping. Whatever was currently going would keep working for a while due to it being loaded into RAM but if I tried to open new windows or programs it would just do nothing until it got to the point that nothing would respond to input and I'd have to hard reset it. The only workable fix was to quickly restart it when I heard the drive power down before it became unusable and it would be fine again upon restart. This issue was most common if I left the machine powered on and idling for a half hour or more. It was fine if it was transferring data and the drive was spinning but as soon as the transfer was done and it would idle there was a good chance the drive would just stop eventually.

I never found the cause of this as the hard drive was in good health and had no errors, so I just assumed it was a motherboard issue and just ignored it because it was a rare issue that would only occur occasionally. Eventually I cycled that tower out with a different one which had no issues.

If this sounds familiar to you then check your motherboard or something. Whatever is responsible for powering and running your drive may be dropping out but idk for sure. My PC that did this was a Dell Vostro if that helps.
