I seen that on the wiki when I grabbed his tracksuit skin. I even made the connection of that's why he dislikes Macan. Did they really? I don't remember that. I tried to see if I could find anything even going back to skim through the Chapter 12 character trailer to see if there was a difference. But I couldn't see/find anything different unless they reuploaded the trailer on the news site and that goes for Breke too I swear they nerfed his bulge unless I imagined that.
