maybe that's just Slav languages in general, OP. I find Russian to work much better for music than Polish, I guess in general it's the best sounding Slav language, but Cyrillic is disgusting indeed, I associate it with bad things only like poverty and barbarism

Ukrainian is disgusting, mix of Polish and Russian, I'd rather hear Russian around than their language. and people say that most of them speak Russian, but I swear to god it doesn't sound like Russian
not being able to pronounce 'granica' and using 'h' there is pretty gay too but I guess Russians and Czechs may be doing that too
