Except it doesn't, because Recall doesn't exist on x86-64. At all. You can't show me one x86-64 machine where it exists. But you'll keep saying that because you're a liar.
It's also likely not coming. It was pretty universally hated on ARM, and they were hinting at an eventual rollout, but we're almost at the next yearly update, with no hint it will ever happen. This coming update is actually expected to be small, as some people just recently got 24H2.
