Lol, BDF failed this one. Some 'people' at reddit insisted that the BBC gloom filter slapped over the Director is either 'a you problem, nothing different on my side', or 'not significant, you still can use the Director if you want to'. Bungie have just confirmed that they desaturated the Director screen to make it less appealing visually for players so that they use the newer Portal menu. I'I just don't have any words for this.
