Worth is entirely subjective.
It has a story mode movie that's like 3 hours long that's built off the plot of 4 games you didn't play, an arcade mode for each character and I subjectively think the gameplay is fun at a casual level so I would say yes if its within your expendable budget funds, especially if you have friends to play it with.
