I cannot figure out what happens after they sort by rarity. It's not by faction because Union and Papal are alternating. It's not by role because there's a defender in the middle of watchers. It's not by weapon the bows and axes are split up. The ones here are grouped by fortitude, discipline etc. but they aren't in the same order as the pairs of legendaries I have higher up so that seems to just be a coincidence. Everyone there except for Miguel is at rank 10 so that isn't affecting them either.
