The Holy Spirit has been undoing years and years of anxiety and stress for me over the course of a few days. Can any christiananons confirm if this is real? My life is feeling like its changing drastically, and i feel like a child.

>Calmly pray to God to take away all bad thoughts. Used to pray frantically, this time i did it calmly and with faith
