The shader cache corruption aside, I was having some weird fps dips every 30 seconds or so, when my GPU would drop in activity. I wasn't being bottlenecked or anything. Dunno if it was on my part. But after this update and installing the latest drivers, it seems to be fine. There was a scare going around the net about new(ish) Nvidia drivers being bugged and potentially frying your GPU. And I DID notice some artifacts around that time playing MH and another game. But I think it had actually something to do with my video cables. EM interference or something, maybe they were just not properly plugged in. But after some cable management they were gone too. Maybe I'll get back into MH grind now. The CB QoL changes are really nice (aw hell, they're just straight buffs). But then again, I've already dug up BG3 from my backlog. I need to finish it. Thank you for reading my blog.
