Yeah, that is the main caveat.
If GW cared about flavourful list building at all lol they'd have a tank commander option that you could just tack onto any sicaran, predator or kratos platform to provide you with standard command benefits. Maybe since decurions were a thing they recently made models for, they may still decide to do it.
