I got a 9800x3d recently, I got -35 and +200 on the PBO settings with curve optimizer
now, I see my core clocks aren't going past 4.7ghz (I have it on Auto, same as core voltage)

I have tried static OC and no problem there, but I'd rather not have it on all the time
any way to make it go higher than 4.7ghz dynamically?
maybe I have to increase the load and temps? I tried furmark cpu burner and temps reach like 75º C with 100% usage but it's still not getting past that

with HWMonitor I see it went to 5.4ghz during while booting but maybe it kept the OC settings shortly before going back to Auto
