Since its a semiconductor you can push it to 10 cents a watt in 10-15 years.

Your initial one time cost is always there (land).

For wind its still land + the mounting points that are reinforced concrete, shit lasts for centuries.
You´re only replacing the turbine blades, electric motor, gearing, brakes, possibly the tower.
No one is throwing away the metal parts of a turbine, things have copper spools weighing 200kg at least.

For hydro there´s general maintenance, you´re not tearing down a dam and making a new one every 30 years.
