Yeah you actually have to communicate with your teammates if you want to kill a lot of these bosses. The only exception is when the raids are older and you can comfortably rely on everyone knowing what they're supposed to be doing.

I would not mind it if there were some bosses in Warframe that required us to talk to other tenno, but that's me.
