Monitors always was 10-15% of box+monitor+keyboard+mouse+sound (basic stuff) combo. It was the rule, even in guides.

But nowadays I see lots of people buying OLED monitors for cheap builds. OLED will cost 15% the price of build only with high end 5090 builds.

Why?
