nah I've been around for almost 2 decades. I just forgot somehow that it was even supposed to be grim dark. Now it feels like a fucking space marine marvel movie. Somewhere the bleakness of the situation and wars got lost and now it's rule of cool 100% of the time. I don't know man but just now with the newsletter my thought was... is this really still grim? Or was it ever? Or did watching a million russians get droned to pieces just shift my perception of grim too far and thats the reason why trench crusade actually "feels" more "brutal"? Warhammer is certainly something missing nevertheless. Everything looks too clean right now. You never really see dirt, blood, actual gore and when you do it still somehow manages to be very pg-13 somehow. I don't know man. I'm trying to put this feeling into words but I can't. Maybe someone understands it better. It feels very watered down right now. Something like warcraft almost.
