Both of these characters can easily be used as portraits for Asian Battle Masters, Champions, or Psi Warriors. The latter even looks more like a Kensei Monk. But as soon as you have a portrait of a character in Samurai armor, everyone is going to assume and shoehorn them into the Samurai Fighter subclass.
