>Without swankery or weird shit
Versions of Godzilla that can't absorb radiation are just batteries for the Hulk. Versions that can, like Heisei, go Burning when they've had too much radiation while Hulk just gets ugly skin like in The End or turns into the Maestro. So the fight goes on with both of them buffing the other until Godzilla explodes.
Hulk has planet level feats going back to when he stopped the Lavemen from blowing up the Earth by punching their bomb, and most versions of Godzilla don't come close to planet level. You have to bring in swankery to get them over the line, and in that case Hulk breaks open a glass labeled THOR SCALING and becomes arbitrarily fast and strong enough to destroy several multiverses.
>With Ultima
Godzilla is now the meat puppet of a vaguely defined omnipotent God, and that should beat Hulk, but if that's the case then shouldn't Hulk also get his TOBA meat puppet version? I dislike bringing Ultima into the fight because it reduces both characters into puppets and turns the fight into TOBA vs Vague Math God. I want to see two nuke monsters fight, not two of the most bland and boring deities fiction has produced.
>With Comic Crossovers
The writer of Godzilla vs DC backpedaled like crazy and declared that Godzilla's breathe could hurt Superman because it was close enough to kryptonite, so there's no help there for Godzilla. That being said, Death Battle has a very spotty relationship with using creator statements to debuff characters (Kratos vs Asura).
The Hand Godzilla Cates wrote that Thor needed all the storms in the multiverse to contain should beat Hulk, so there's that if you don't mind Godzilla winning by being reduced to a fanfic abomination
