If FF's pull was really that strong their own TCG wouldn't be struggling to remain relevant
FFXIV has lost most of its momentum, FFVII Rebirth sold below expectations and FFXVI wasn't a particularly successful game either
For some reason UB FF just struck it big with the crowd that loves to speculate on TCGs
