Nah, I'm making Kevin trans but it sure as hell wasn't the plan all along. I started it as a gender bending bodysuit fetish comic but hey, things change after over a decade and I've considered it a trans comic the past several years. It's also a canvas for me to write and draw the sort of dumb shit I like (bodysuits/old anime references/overly large pauldrons/etc.) Of course my realizing I'm trans and the comic being an avenue of expressing repressed feelings isn't something that can be applied to everyone with a wide brush. Everyone's experiences and interests are their own and you aren't automatically an "egg" simply because you enjoy these sorts of works.
Also Kevin's not gonna get stuck in the bodysuit. That's still not my thing.

I mean, gender bending bodysuits is still my undisguised fetish. Coming out as trans doesn't change that. It's just now I feel like I've got the skills to draw other things that interest me without looking like utter dog shit so I'm fully taking advantage of it.
As always: be the change that you want. If there's something you want to see and other people aren't making it then pick up a pen and make it yourself. You might not pull it off at the start but keep at it and you'll surely get better. Not only will you be providing art in this otherwise niche of a niche of a niche interest, but the work you make might be the source of inspiration for someone else to step up and create similar works of art five, ten, twenty years down the road. We all benefit in the end.
