You won't be able to because of quantum immortality. As long as there is any possible future timeline where you survive, your consciousness follows that one instead of one where it dies.
You know all of those times where you had some kind of near miss but somehow avoided death? Yeah, in almost every other timeline you just died and everyone was sad and they had a funeral for you and then moved on with their lives.
You will just keep living and somehow avoiding death, while everyone around you gradually dies.
If you still want to attempt it, I would suggest you try to find a method that will only result in either death or you being fine. You really don't want to do something where you will potentially end up alive but mangled or retarded or paralyzed because it was possible for you to destroy part of your brain but sill had enough left for your consciousness to continue.
