Anyway, yeah if you go to the website it was a piece Romita Sr. did for an auction in 1995. He free hand painted it for 2 months and it is the only one of its kind.
Probably the best one he could have selected. I get tired of 50 and this cover had the most varied colors and Spidey being triumphant as well as the more notable points of the run. Kind of a rarity for a hero to appear victorious on the cover considering comics across both companies would just pump out covers with villains menacing the hero or some drama taking place between characters yelling or a problem occurring.
