It's not on my secondary either (android) even tho I could make it in my main (android). I *could* find the API endpoint for it in the webview component of the game but it probably uses your account token as a parameter for it so really not worth it for 1 bell, either wait for it to somehow appear if it's a bug or we just get screwed
