Best case scenario for him would be trapping his sister (muh WoS) in a body as feeble as his, and doing so in a way she would be raised by him and not the overseers. That's not going to happen though, and there is no way to undo the past and live again.
It's more sincere that way, he's supposed to be against the living conditions he was forced into, he shouldn't be on the look out to replicate it.
His path is a lonely one.
