I have returned from my self imposed blindness challenge after three days and 21 hours. My eyes are still adjusting to being able to see but otherwise I am fine.

It was mostly boredom and irritation with my various blindfolds that ended the challenge, though I did experience two forms of sight without sight during the challenge.

The first was being able to see my hands/objects by "mapping" in my mine. The second, and more interesting, was some kind of mental television that started during day two. I'm talking full on visual hallucinations of strange creatures all up in my face, but I don't think any of them were real.
