You have sleep apnea because your face is probably downgrown. Day by day you are in a further oxygen defecit slowly dying. Not much you can do but you can fix your airway through osteotomies, sleep on a different surface (floor sleeping + thinner pillow,) take deeper breaths through the day, get more sunlight. Idk, just a few suggestions.
