Df54 hands down, but thats still going to give you ("mid to top left") on that chart. You can rewire the motor to run backwards to spin 54mm Ditting Steels("mid right", used on the baratza vario) or try throwing the newer chinese brew burrs in it to move away from that low clarity high body corner.
