I'm not sure if I'd stand by all those perfectly, but they roughly feel right to me and I achieved a decent normal distribution in the end.

Roughly the tiers:
>S tier
Outstanding cuisine with very large amount of variety and many techniques to learn that apply to every type of cookery
>A tier
World class cuisines with interesting flavors and great execution
>B tier
More great than boring dishes, decent variety, good flavors. Having a few meh dishes is what stops them from being A tier usually.
>C tier
Good, solid food. If you're suggesting going to a restaurant and it's one of these, I'll look forward to it.
>D tier
Solid flavors, sometimes a bit of a let down in the execution. I'll still gladly go to a restaurant that has these, but probably wouldn't choose it myself.
>E tier
A few good dishes, but not enough to redeem the entire cuisine. I might suggest some alternatives if you want to go to a restaurant serving these.
>F tier
The bad. Few redeeming dishes, overall mostly a letdown and unfulfilling. Couldn't think of a single cuisine deserving this tier.
>Had too rarely to judge
Foods I've had once or twice, but either had to look up to remind myself what they were, or I remember that I had them but not what I felt about them at the time. I'd have to have more different foods to make a judgement call.

If it matters, I'm german. Probably why I rated germany C, if I wasn't and didn't know a lot more local dishes due to it, I'd have put germany and austria lower, maybe D.
