You’re using quotations wrong. I said they’re making you do the work instead of paid employees, which is factual, and they have financial incentive to do so. I’m not saying we should waste people’s time on the phone when the technology exists to make that obsolete, but the fact is they’re outsourcing that work to Indians and pushing to eliminate the human factor altogether. My only real gripe with this is the aggressive pushing of extra product they barrage you with on their online app, as they can’t get away with getting an employee to upsell you 5 times in a call, but they literally do so on the Domino’s website. Don’t act like because they paid for it they’re doing you a fucking favor.
