its like everyday I have to force myself to talk to ppl online/irl and its exhausting. i cant keep a convo, i cant even respond to stuff on threads, and i wish i could find an outlet. i have therapy tmrw (for ana recovery), and i will talk abt this--i just hope they dont drop me like my other 3 therapists have. I don't know whats wrong w/ me.
