BM/MK isn't something I had considered, so thank you for that advice. Seems like BMs can do a lot of extra duties and training which is cool. There are small boat units 3 hours from me (I live inland)

Data center engineer, lots of veterans so there'd be a decent understanding of the reserve requirements and being gone for Reserve duties. I have a degree but for the reserve, enlisted duties seem more fun.
Not thinking of active duty because of family/wife. I know reserves will still mess with that but not as much
