^27" 1440p@180Hz Fast-IPS w/Adaptive-Sync for $130 (on sale for the next ~5 hours). All of these budget fast-IPS displays use the same bunch of 1-3 panels (I think mostly by Innolux IIRC) so there's not much difference performance-wise between them other than price. This way you wouldn't have to compromise on viewable size or resolution clarity (also slightly beats that 165Hz panel you were looking at as far as input latency goes).
