The UI assets are broken up so it's actually simple to overlay a new visual on top and have it work in game. Same with the background hence why a lot of those have custom BGs too. If they had animations like the R6S and dungeon meshi ones that would take longer, but all the other UIs dont so regular UI would be easy to implement
