If by "truck suspension" you mean leaf springs, Corvettes use leaf springs all the way up until 2019, though they're not configured the same was as a truck in any way. If you mean like pic related, I think the most recent car with parallel springs would be something like a late 80s Chrysler 5th ave.
What you're asking for makes basically no sense though. Having "truck suspension" doesn't make your suspension more rugged. It just makes your car drive like shit. There's nothing weak about coils or dampers.
