They showed another very similarly shaped hat in the actual preview, and said "A Large number of Hats"
There's no reason they won't add Matoya's
It's not a case-per-case implementation, it's based on the shape of the hat/what part of the hair it "chops" off. So if this hat works, Matoya's should work (And also, all hats shaped like this, should work, too)
